KooBay uses UPS/DHL/EMS, etc to ship packages to our customers. Global shipment usually requires signature for package delivery. Carrier would leave a notice if the customer is not available for signing the package. If for any reasons, customers fail to pick up a package after carrier has left a notice, and causing the package to be returned to original sender, customers are responsible for all associated cost including but not limited to, returning shipping cost, re-entry custom fee, handling fee, etc.

We offer 5 days period for our customers to return the product if the product has a defect or not working properly.
You can send it back to us in 5 days for a refund excluding shipping and handling fees provided the product is in it's original
mint condition with original packaging. You must contact us first for a RMA number before return the product. Product returned without
contacting us first will not be accepted. If you want to return a product just because you don't like it, you can still do so in 5 days from the date you received it for a refund excluding handling and shipping cost. In addition, a restocking fee of 20% - 30% will be applied. Buyer pay to ship the itme(s) back. Our products usually carry an one year limited manufacturer warranty. Buyers can send them back for repair or replacement, we will assist in the process between you and the manufacturer, but buyers pay shipping fees in both ways. |
