Return Policy

For Jewelry Products, we would like you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason, within 20 days of purchase of your Jewelry Products, you would like to return the item, we will be glad to refund 100% of your purchase price excluding shipping and insurance cost provided the item is unaltered and in original conditions.

For Electronic Products and other types of products that are shipped out from China, such as cell phones, mp3 players, mp4 players, dvd players, etc, we also offer 3 days no question asked refund period starting on the date of delivery. And shipping and handling cost are excluded for refund since it was paid to carriers for global shipping involved, again, the item must be unaltered and in original conditions. Products that are damaged (cracked touch screen, etc) are not qualified for refund; but can still be repaired with customer paying for shipping and repairing cost. Products returned within 3 day period, with missing accessories or not in its original mint condition will be assesed a restocking fee up to 30%. Products returned with extensive usage involving emails, talks, sms, etc will be shipped back to China for cleanup and restoration, and an one-way shipping cost of $13.99 would be deducted from the total refund amount.

Note, for Tablet PC Products, we offer 3 days return period from the date of delivery for a full product refund excluding shipping and handling cost assuming the item is unaltered and in original conditions. Any other issues like missing accessories, item not as described, etc must be reported within 3 days from the delivery date via email to service_koobay@yahoo.com. Tablet PCs also come with one year manufacturer's warranty, and customers are responsible for sending in products for repair, and we will be responsible to ship it back.

All return request must be made via email to service_koobay@yahoo.com for a RMA.

To return Android cell phones/Android tablets, the products must not be registered with customer's gmail. If already registered, products need to sent back to manfacturer for email account cleanup, and one way shipping cost of $14.99 would be deducted from refund plus a $10 manufacturer cleanup fee.

Other types of products like Patio Heaters or Soy Milk Makers that are shipped out from US warehouse, we offer 7 days return period for refund excluding shipping and handling cost assuming the item is unaltered and in original conditions. Patio heaters come with two year warranty, and customers are responsible for sending components or whole patio heater back for repair, and we will be responsible to ship it back.

Products that are damaged due to shipping or defect upon arrival can be returned for a refund; a request of refund must be made to us through email within the same day of receiving the products. If you claim to have a defect and we find no defect you are responsible for shipping. If such a claim is grounds for you to return the product for credit and the product is found to be in good working order, customer is responsible for a 15% - 25% restocking charge and all shipping cost.
Damaged product (such as cell phone or tablet with a cracked screen) upon arrival must be returned as is without any sign of usgae; otherwise we would consider the damage a result of improper use of the products, and subsequently, no refund will be issued or a 30-50% restocking fee will be applied.

If products are returned after specified return period or without a RMA, the returned products will either be rejected or subject to 40% restocking fee; no exceptions!

Warranty

Except specified otherwise, all electronic products shipped out of China carry one year (cell phones) or nine month (mp3/mp4 players) manufacturer's warranty. Within warranty period, buyers can send them back for free repair or replacement, however, buyer is responsible of sending it with tracking number to the following address. If the product is physicaly damaged, additional cost will be charged.

Patio heaters comes with one year residential warranty, where both parts and labor are covered in the first 6 month, and only parts are covered upto two year. Customer is responsible of shipping in, and we are responsible of shipping out.

For patio heaters or soy milk maker products, the return address will be provided upon your writeen request.

we will be dealing with manufacturer on your behalf on repairing or replacing the product, and as a courtesy, we will ship it back to you free of charge assume the warranty is within first 3 month. For warranty after 3 month, customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending back, which is $14.99. If you prefer us sending it to China on your behalf, a service fee $29 is required for warranty invoked within first 3 month, and $39 for beyond 3 month and within one year. All warranty claim must include original order number. If customer broke some components that need replacement, additional component cost will be charged.
