Shipping and Handling

We ship to all countries. A tracking number will be provided in your order. Customers pay for shipping except for special offer or products labeled as 'Free Shipping'. For products already in US warehouse such as pearl jewelry and certain cell phones, mp3 players, patio heaters, we usually ship the products in 2 business days. And for most other electronic products such as MP3 players, smartphones, tablet PCs, etc. order will be processed and shipped out from China in via shipping service you specified. (Expedited or standard service). Shipping time usuallly is about 2 to 5 business days, maybe a little slower during Holiday season due to heavy volume. We choose the carrier UPS, DHL, EMS, ect at point of shipment. Back orders will not be charged, and customer will usually be notified after 1 to 2 weeks once the product becomes ready to deliver. All shipment will have a tracking number which is used to indicate when and where the package is delivered. We are not responsible, nor will we do any refunds for any returned packages due to in-correct or undeliverable address.

For orders shipped via USPS service, the following will be deemed as delivered (according to USPS service).
1) the tracking shows package delivered, or
2) the tracking shows that out for delivery or available at PO Box/a notice has been left by USPS
3) the tracking shows that out for delivery or available at PO Box/delivery not updated

Global Shipping Methods: (for most electronic products)

Note, all shipping are done with carriers (DHL/EMS/UPS,etc) and shipping cost are calculated by weight units of 0.5KG.
e.g.an order of one cell phone, which weighs about 0.5KG after packaging, via flat rate would cost $14.99 for shipping.
an order of 2 cell phones would cost $14.99 (1st 0.5Kg) + $10.99 (subsequent 0.5Kg).
an order of 10.2'' Android Tablet PC (weighs about 1.5Kg after packaging) would cost $14.99 (1st 0.5Kg) + $10.99(2nd 0.5Kg) + $10.99(3rd 0.5Kg).

Domestic shipping methods in the US:

Note, shipping and handling are non-refundable; above shipping quote may change without notice; in case of a large order, any potential taxes and/or import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer though efforts will be made to minimize the duties.

Global shipping usually requires signature for package delivery, if for any reasons, buyers fail to pick up a package after carrier left a notice, and causing the package to be returned to original sender, buyers are responsible for all associated cost including but not limited to, returned shipping cost, re-entry custom fee, etc.
